Our Cover lot is 100% Full!, Good News we have a special for you!
We are 100% covered, we would like to run a special to get customers in the door and moved into the covered as soon as the spaces are built.
Anyone willing to wait 3 months for the cover will pay $50.00/month uncovered with the agreement of moving into covered as soon as the first section is built.
After the cover construction is completed, tenant will move into the cover lot parking for $195/month. If a tenant wishes to stay for the uncover parking option, they will be charged our normal rate $100 per month for uncovered parking.
